She is excited to develop Greene Hill School's music curriculum with an infusion of Kodaly and Orff methodologies.

Orff Schulwerk is a philosophy of teaching music to children that seeks to make music a creative and joyful experience. Children discover music through both original and traditional songs, poems, rhymes, games and dances. Through the use of percussion, melodic barred instruments and recorder, children learn improvisation, composition and ensemble playing. By creating, listening and performing, the Orff approach develops the children's own inherent musicality, guiding them to find their own inner voice.
