Greene Hill School is a newly established progressive school in the historic neighborhood of Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. It was conceived as a neighborhood school where community is the backbone of the curriculum. The school takes its name from two of the neighborhoods it serves, Fort Greene and Clinton Hill.

Greene Hill School was founded by parents and educators who wanted an alternative to the local public schools. We at Greene Hill understand that realistically it is a challenge to operate an independent school with low tuition rates, but are committed to working toward our goal of having Greene Hill School be a viable option for members of our community without tuition being a barrier.
